Many of us have our own Christmas traditions. One of my favorites is The Christmas Village.
When my grandchildren were young, they helped me display the pieces on a snow-covered mat. And pretended they were the actual children in the scene.
Their age-related cousins joined us, and they, too, became the children in the village.
They shopped for toys,
purchased candy,
and attended church to hear the message of Christ’s birth.
Whatever your tradition, let us rejoice about the real reason we celebrate Christmas–the birth of Jesus.
P.S. Don’t forget to sing Silent Night.
Merry Christmas!
Merry CHRIST-mas Pat ✝️🎄

Your village is charming and whimsical. Makes me smile . . . surely a scene to bring all kinds of stories to children, anticipating the arrival of Christmas. Hope your Christmas is filled with children and stories of all ages!
