Here’s a fun Easter craft that I’m preparing for our church preschool classroom. I found this particular template online, but any chick picture should work well.
Children will love spreading kernel corn and adding their own designs. I used a large amount of tacky glue and spread it with a paint brush before adding the corn. I coated the top of the corn with clear glue as an extra measure of stickiness. The craft does take an amount of time to dry. We will make our chicks on a lunch tray to prevent kernel corn from spilling.
Supplies needed are pictured below. The base is white cardstock.
Have a blessed Easter!
This is fun for adults, too!
I like the new banner🩷
Rhonda, the craft is cute. I like the banner too. Happy Easter. Love, Mom
Too cute 😍
Thanks Michelle. Happy Easter to you and yours. Pat
Very cute.
Many years ago I used a turkey template and various dry beans, etc. for my
Brownie Troop. They had a lot of fun. Took me a week or more to clean the
floor in my basement as our School Troop met on Saturdays at our house.
Keep the clever ideas coming.
Thanks Bonnie. I like the turkey craft idea. Maybe I will try it for Thanksgiving. Pat
cute and fun little chick.
Thanks, Bev. It’s a cute Sunday school project. Happy Easter. Pat
